I've started playing Guild Wars 2 again. I've been playing on and off since August 2012. This is definitely my favorite MMORPG. I saw a post on facebook from GW2 that there would be black wings 'today only'. So I couldn't hold back anymore and I bought the wings with the gems I had left from the server transfer (I'm on Far Shiverpeaks now :D!). I made a new character which would look a bit like a vampire/demon so I could add the wings without it looking weird.
Unfortunately, the wings are badly animated. It doesn't look like real wings, it is af she is literally wearing those wings. Of course, you can't fly with them but it still bothers me a lot.
For example, when swimming. The wings don't move as they should when you're under water.
